Armin Sesek

Armin Sesek graduated violin in Faculty of Musical Arts in Belgrade (Serbia) under Professors Vladislav Bobic and Aleksandar Pavlovic. He worked as violin player in Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra for 12 years.

Then he started his teaching carrier in musical school for gifted children in Cuprija (Serbia). In 1992, he moved to Slovenia and became a violin teacher on Con servartory of Music and Ballet Ljubljana. He held violin teaching Seminars for students and teachers in all major towns of Slovenia and also in Croatia (Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Osijek), Germany (Freising) and Irelande (Carlow).

His students won prizes at National and International violin competitions (Sarajevo, Gorizia, Stressa, San Bartolomeo, Genova, Belgrade, Zagreb, Luxemburg, Rijeka, Rome, Usti nad Orlici...).

He was awarded with Skerjanc Prize in Ljubljana for outstanding achievements in the field of violin pedagogies.
