Jean Lenert
Jean is from Metz, in the north of France where he started to play violin with Léon Tillion before to work with Marcel Reynal and Enrik Szering.
Selected by Charles Münch to integrate the first violins of the Orchestra of Paris, he started a career of profesor and Chamber Music.
He is a member of the Parennin Quartet befor to create with friends, the Quintet of France. Since, he participates regularly to Master Classes in France but also in China, Japan, Finland, Russia.
Jean Lenert is member of jury in national and international competitions. Director of the "Camerata de France", he is also profesor of the Superior National Conservatory of Paris and of the Music School "Schola Cantorum". He is the Artistic Director of the Chamber Orchestra of the Conservatory of Montpellier.
The Schola Chamber Orchestra bring together twenty young musicians of the Schola Cantorum of Paris. Directed by Jean Lenert, they have already played concerts in france, China, Spain...
He is profesor at the AIMM from many years ! !
