Awarded a diploma by the Superior Academy of Lvov in Ukraine, he returns in the third Cycle with as professor BONDA-RENKO (attending of D. OISTRAKH), and takes(brings) out prize-winner to the National Competition of Kiev.

He becomes then a professor to the National Academy of Lvov but also artistic director of the Chamber orchestra of this one; in this capacity, he collaborated with famous artists such as V. SPIVAKOV, G. KREMER, N. GUTMAN, T. GRIDENKO among others. Matis VAYTSNER was member Soloists of Moscow supervised by Y. BASHMET. In 1991, he settled down in France, and taught the Superior National Academy of Lyon as well as the Master Classes of the Music academy(Music regional education authority) of Tours, Bridge(Deck) - Holy Spirit and Troyes.

Matis VAYTSNER is at present a professor to the academies of Paris.
